As has been pointed out itt Dubai, he has had some big scores including a big scoop score and a 2nd in the supersonic.
Anybody who knows Lewis knows he's a really really nice guy and Marc would probably know that Lewis would be fine if Marc said I'm under ti I'll send asap rather than "I'll send tomorrow" which relates back to the initial problems last year.
As far as staking people who are confirmed grimmers, it basically allows any good player to just grim whenever they want then sell at 1.15 because it still represents value. I'm not saying this is the case with Marc but thinking about say EPT Barcelona, lets say I win 1m, grim everybody and then sell for some WSOP $1500 etc, I can then sell to other people on Blonde who didn't have a piece in the EPT because it represents value?
Seems flawed but maybe I'm talking bollocks.

What difference? Even if he pays now, he has still shown his true colours underneath. That's where your real rep should be measured.
So true , no getting away from it . In reference to' loved' i meant i still think his staking threads will be popular. By not paying i see no benefits for Marc whatsoever. Is 4k really worth that much to you ? Losing all credibility within a tight-knit community from the last few people that had any time for you. Such a degen situation to put yourself in. Its not like he is choosing not to pay at this precise time but has 100k in his pocket, he probably just bang under it like everyone has been at one point Nah . this dont do it for me im afraid. sure Marc may be busto but he could of sorted this long ago , also sure plenty of his mates could of lent him to pay this guy off before all this come out . With any market you have to assume imperfect knowledge exists. Some won't read this thread (or other threads) and think that 1.15 is amazing value, not aware that there is a risk element priced in. So, tehy aren't getting the value they thought they were. Holding on indefinitely believeing its the best chance you have of getting paid actually propagates that situation.

I should probably add that Marc has never grimmed me and probably wouldn't. He even put a bet on a dog when was at track for me and paid out that evening via bank Xfer. Think I even borrowed a few k on stars for a couple days off him before as well
