i have been owed money (not poker) and when people start telling all thestories  instead of just coming out with the truth all rationale goes out the window and u just gotta do whatver u think will have an effect to get yer dough bac k, what you think he should do sit and wait another 2 months? shame it comes to this sort of thing but money always causes probs

wait to see if he finals the main would be my plan, obv getting weighed in if he ships a million and in full most likely. If not there are a couple of way better ways of sorting this - the plan of 5 referee's was actually a good one tbh, speshly for Lewis who should know that no1 impartial will rule that he is owed anything less than the full 5%. I realise it's really tilting but I think he should have spoken to a few more people.

These threads are sometimes the right thing (the sorel one for e.g saving quite a few people quite a bit of money) but most of the time they are just rash, troll filled and don't offer anything positive.

If Mark believes he doesn't owe the money then it is completely irrelevant whether he cashes in the main event or not.  If anything his argument would be stronger if he won millions and still refused to pay.

Some people will decide starting a thread like this is the last resort in the reclaiming their $$ process. You request ur monies for a period of weeks without resolution, then you threaten a thread and still no resolution, well guess the thread will happen. The debtor should assume teh thread will be executed at an inconvenient time and he can avoid such an eventuality by resolving at any point. So who in fact is responsible for the thread?

Btw I don't agree with this bashing of disapproving villagers who come out with pitchforks and flaming torches. That is the nature of the exposure card. If I ever found myself in bizarre spot of starting an 'I've been cheated' thread I would want loads of that shit. If it didn't create outrage with just a couple of meh comments it would be a let down.
