Marc had sent just under 10% of the overall amount so far AFAIK.
Will get Lewis to update today.

Wanted to say one final thing to hopefully put this thread to bed.
When this thread was created, i was playing my first wsop main. I was told by a friend of its creation and only had access to the net on my phone. I snap went into defence mode and was trying to plead how innocent i was. This caused me to verbally lash out at anyone i could, which was wrong and i came across in a really bad way, and for this im truly sorry.
The incident itself was blown out of proportion because of my past mistakes (which were public, but mistakes that i worked really hard to put behind me, and i done so).
The title of the thread for instance, "still scamming" is really unfair imo, but was obviously created to grab peoples attention, so i understand why it was made.
I have said in this thread, and will say again, i 100% didnt swap 5% with lewis, there is probably only about 2 or 3 players in the world whom i would of swapped 5% with in that torny when i only had 35% of myself. But i didnt decline the swap either and it was left unclear.
Lewis assured me that if he had cashed the event, i would of received 5% of any cash he made, meaning that i do owe him 5% of the total cash i made in the EPT berlin (95k euros and change).
The skype logs showing me promising him the money the next day etc, was really bad form on my part and its why this situation reflects even worse on me. At the time i was buying time, meanwhile i was speaking to friends about how much i should pay (taking into account the fact i didnt swap 5%), hence me asking if we could settle on a smaller amount, which he did actually accept.
Lewis posted last week saying i had been back from vegas "for a while". This was a level i think as i had returned the previous night lol.
I have sent lewis about 1/4 of the money he is owed from berlin thus far. He is receiving money from me on a near daily basis, which i will keep to untill he is paid. I have not spoken to him directly (only through pleno), but i assume he is happy with this.
Thanks to people who have bought / still buy pieces of my action live and online, i know you have made money doing it, but it still shows a degree of faith, which i appreciate. Also thanks to the camel whom has genuinely given me some great advice via pm.
Thanks, marc

I don't think Lewis has done anything wrong as your above post implys.
Btw, I only know Lewis through Skype convo's, so have no reason to take his side.
The thread title was totally fair, you kept saying you would pay him and didn't, that is quite obviously very wrong of you, as you ackowledge.
I also think he has every right to feel agrieved about timing issues, if I was in this spot the very first thing I'd have done when I got home was get this sorted out and pay him the full amount, so 24 hours is a long time in the circumstances.
Tbh, you just always seem to attempt to make yourself look better by blaming others for your mistakes, sometimes when you make a mistake you should just hold your hands up and admit you where in the wrong instead of defending your own actions no matter what you do.

So you think that Marc making the final would have been bad for Sky Poker. In what way is that?
And you also say a lot of your friends had a vested financial interest. Are they all your friends and how many exactly. You will next be telling us they had 150% between them.
Give him a break for just 1 day
lol Jason, what you smoking.

Going to put myself in the give the guy a break camp now. However I would expect Marc to be 101% squeaky clean for the rest of his life in dealings with money as this has highlighted a weakness and one that will take a lot of effort to fix longterm.
best of luck..

No offence mate, I don't know anything about you apart from this thread and that you've apparently got some SICK poker tekkers, but above needs to be the FIRST priority in any dealings. Forget good games or your attitude, tilt or girlfriends..
I don't think it likely you'd be forgiven again.
Edit-
and for the record, if they would have been useful (i.e. im not at a level where id be able to use them properly) and i had the moneys I would've snap booked you up for some mtt lessons. I advised a mate to do so, hope you get back to crushing soon.
