Direct entry is open for this event, in just over a fortnight at DTD, for £220 in the Sky Poker tournament lobby

Satellite qualification for this week only is on Sunday night only (it reverts to daily semi finals on Monday)

£44+4 buy in, 1 in 5 winning a seat to the SPT Six Max on 13-14 Oct

8.30pm on Sunday

Event is guaranteed at £30,000 and is being run with the DTD festival structure (30,000 and 40 mins, WSOP levels) which should make it the best Six Max comp you'll play this side of the next one DTD runs with us!

I asked this question on the live stream of the 500 last night but it got ignored/by-passed/laughed at. Great job in the booth Mr Prew BTW....I really enjoyed watching that last night to the finish.

Q. Is that live stream (used last night) ever going to be used at SPT events coming up?

I obv do not know costs involved and the like, but after the failure of any live stream at the SPT Final last month, would this not fit the bill for all those who do not make the event plus any family or friends who wish to follow the action?

Will there be any 'special' sats this week for this?  AIPF ones or poker points/turbo ones? I am trying to sat in still but finding it difficult with the lack of number of runners/seats available  ATM.

Can't play on Saturdays with a 2pm start during the season, but will definitely be there in the evening on Saturday for the cash games, which should be pretty busy I'd have thought?

Hi, Didn't spot your question last night and wouldn't have ignored it!

The use of the DTD live stream is a cost issue. Sky obviously employ NutsTV to provide a stream for the whole weekend, around various tables. Not sure it makes great sense to then stop their feed for the final and use DTD's stream, incurring another set of costs

Special sats, yes I believe so AIPF ones. tikay might be able to help further or I will post when I know for sure

TY. I thought it might be a cost issue, but totally understand now that it would not really work for SPT's at DTD for your reasons stated.

I hope Phil tests all his gear out on the Friday night this w/end now, and brings half a dozen spare mother boards/pc's/assistants with him too.

Only 80 out of 150 seats gone so far. looking forward to see what specials are put on this week. I know it will sell out regardless though.
