Going to try and come down for the second leg - providing it's not dead after the Selhurst game -  if you fancy meeting for a beer.

Mbn. Working till 5 in Eastbourne so won't even get to Selhurst until 7. Beers on the train for me. Had to buy ticket separately from those I'm going with as we fell into different points priority categories sigh, hopefully let you sit where you want!

Got the Palace home ticket in. I will be in the Arthur Wait, which is a terrible stand for anyone that is tall and fat and likes a bit of room, but hopefully no-one is sitting. The Holmsdale and Whitehorse stands sold out quicker than i could react to!

I too wasn't quick enough to get a mate who is a season ticket holder to buy a Brighton away match ticket for next Monday. But I will be quicker to use him to insure my Wembley ticket instead. Fighting talk.

Going Thursday night

Whole City hugely up for it, and on a massive high

Can't go Sunday, in Ireland, Wouldn't have got a ticket anyway. 2,000 another stingy allocation, this time from Watford.

Would love to take my boys to Wembley to see Leicester. Fingers crossed!

With Watford's injured goalies and Deeney's red card must have a fighting chance.

Very strict policies laid down by the police on buying tickets for this match.

Ant we are in same boat lol the 1 tic per fan number thing meant we all just said every man for themselves, hoping open seating but think that will be very unlikely with the Met in charge.

I think it is out of order myself. I didn't think there was a huge amount of trouble for these away games regardless. This seems way out of line. The fact they are threatening bans for any season ticket holder purchasing a ticket and then handing it over to someone else is extreme. But will definitely prove a deterrent, surely.

But there must be hundreds of people chancing it. I do wonder how hard the Police are going to go with the stop and check policy here. Could cause huge delays getting into the grounds, but they have probs worked out an efficient way for this not to become a huge hindrance.

Just for clarity. I am pretty sure it is only restricted to away supporters but, do you know if the same rules apply to the home supporters of each game? Can you get a season ticket holder to purchase a ticket and then give it to you?

Clause 4. makes it clear the id thing is away fans only. Why do Palace and Brighton fans dislike each other so much?

Keepers are both back for the game on Thursday I am told.  Came from the bloke in the carpark though, so might be rubbish.

Deeney suspended - time for Geijo to finally come to the party.......hasn't kicked a ball in anger for 2 months so it's a big ask.  Hope they don't go for Forestieri and Vydra in the same team as they won't be able to hold the ball up when it is in the air.  Assombolonga is a wildcard - back from a successful season at Southend so even he may start.

Absolutely buzzing for both games, hoping for a couple of good open games.
Disapointed that both teams have only given the other about 2,000 tickets each, but down to the police i suppose.

There hasnt been much trouble in either game this season, but 1) these are huge matches and tensions will be running high and 2) the games kick off at 7.45 so loads of time for people to go on the beer for a few hours which just causes loads of trouble.

May the best team win...............................as long as its us
