From a betting point of view I've played the correct score market on both sides for 3-2 where the matches are close in the betting, came of last night as it was the first to matches that I bet and they came in. Doing the same tonight but throwing in a couple of doubles as well on the first two matches.
Very impressed with Bunting under pressure there, many a player would have cracked after missing the first 130. Hopefully he can play like that at the worlds. He is top top quality. He just lacks a bit of consistency but he put in some brilliant darts at key times in that match and the finish was different class. A lot of players would have lost their head after busting 130 the first time. Burnett crashed and burned in that last leg, however your right Bunting has something about him, he keeps his cool under pressure, doesn't seem to let anything upset him, got the makings of a Winner. Had a ew play on him earlier at 12-1 and Burnetts meltdown just shows anything can happen in this tournament.

Must be getting close to a lock for the PL given the lack of form from any of the other likely wildcards.

I think Phil looks really uninterested in this and wouldn't surprise me if Wade beats him and he then retires.

He always gets that sour look on his boat when he's losing though, and then once he starts winning it's all smiles.

Sigh. I was all over Wade at the Matchplay and he bombed after being in great nick beforehand. Obv nothing on him here.

Knew Taylor wasn't up for this, ante post bombs, just need Bunting or M vG to get to the final for money back.

Glad to see MVG and Bunting in the semi, shame it's against each other but at least I'm looking at a return for one of them getting to the final.
Does anyone else like the 11/8 +1.5 Bunting on the handicap?

Standard Anderson.
Bunting's average line is a couple of points too low imo.

Wade becoming a lot more likeable now, and it's normally when people are getting bashed up that you feel that way...

Follow Dave Whorley on twitter, pretty decent darts bloke who follows all of it, just tweeted that Martin Phillips will be single figures for BDO worlds when it comes around, most top players not performing. Currently 25-1 with Shy. Just putting it out there.
Philips just won the Winmau Masters, sb still have him at 18-1 for worlds, other quote at 8-1.
