Durrant drinking in the last chance saloon today. He’s not playing Sunday as he’s playing an exhibition in Holland.

Durrant falls at the final hurdle. Surely he plays tomorrow given he probably only needs another 2 points to get a card.

Last 32 definitely gets him in, last 64 probably enough given he’s top of the list of those on 8 points due to legs won so providing he avoids a drubbing in last 64 he will be good I think. Williams will almost certainly need last 32. He choked badly today against Boulton in the first round.

Durrant wins 3 legs on the bounce and survives a match dart to win 5-4 against a guy who finds a 95 average from nowhere.

Durrant survives 3 match darts against an inspired Matthew Dennant averaging 100+. He then bangs in and 11 darter to break and then holds for 5-4 win. One more win should do it.

Durrant through to last 32 5-0 with a 104 average. That should be enough. Suspect he goes on to win a card outright on the bridle now that the pressure is off.

Waites was a shambles all week.

Painter on a last day charge to save his career. One more win and he has a card.

Some sweat for Barrie Bates. He needs Murnan pen shepherd to win the final and backdoors a card on the oom. Menzies sweating the shepherd and Murnan double to get a card

not as well as people think for me.  He is fully exposed age wise and is going to have a big adjustment lifestyle/work wise plus a boat load of pressure.  I don't see him ultimately being much better than bunting tbh.  High teens/low 20s ranking once he settles down.  Happy to be proved wrong.

he said he's gonna quit work after he gets his card btw.

Still. He's gonna need to grind the tour where there's 40 players who could average 100+ against you which he's not used too, if he doesn't put some floor results together he's only got the grand slam, if he doesn;t settle down like arb says could easily struggle to make any presence at the majors and with the wealth of talent from 60-20 in th rankings you need majors runs to jump up quickly.
