Long time since I enjoyed a night of darts as much as that.

Hot takes:

Anderson looks refreshed and has renewed focus after his light season. Think he could go a long way in the worlds.

Rob Cross is an absolute class act. Top 4 player in waiting.

Corey Cadby is a grade one wanker.

was a brilliant night, loved the Price/Cadby game, loved the Anderson/Cross game. Even enjoyed the Wade game Cheesy

Looks like the bog dogs are all shaping up for some form.

Corey Cadby I think he's brilliant, gets under peoples skins, gives it the bigun, gets the crowd booing, love a bit of needle in the game

Also I thought Van Den Burgh had a very bright future when I first saw him.

Taken a bit longer than I expected, but finally looks like realising that potential.

Cadby v Price lived up to expectations although it gets a bit embarrassing when you are celebrating pinging a T18 for a 93. Cadby in nothing like the form he was in this time last year.

Today’s action should be good. There’s no love lost between Price and Anderson, Dimi beats Wade if he reproduces form of previous two matches. Cross should run MVG close again and I fancy Gurney to edge Snakebite.

I backed Gurney at 16's for a bit of a sweat hopefully that starts with him beating snakebite this afternoon.

I quite like Cadby, Price is the real knobhead for me. Cadby, as Bazzaboy mentioned, is nowhere near his best though.

Van Der Bergh @ 13/8 and Gurney @ 6/4 the bets this aft as both averaged about 8 higher than who they play today yesterday (if that makes sense).

Anderson @ 7/2 (2 1,3) probs not a terrible snidey ew bet given how clinical he looked yest and the fact that he will defo make the final wheras mvg has tougher games in Cross then Wright/Gurney.

A great day of sport awaits, darts on the tv and footy then american footy on the lappy, what a time to be alive.

Trebles for show and doubles for dough.  Was loving my bet on Dimitri after 3 legs as well.

Absolutely. Yeh was loving the Dimitri poke but that 4th leg knocked him of, real shame.

Come on Gurney, madness to price him anywhere near 2.4 imo, beaten wright plenty of times, used to big stage, used to the format, in slightly better form than PW. I think it should be 1.9/2.1 kinda numbers

Thought the tournament was really good overall, the final session was, if anything a little less exciting but still enjoyed it, hopefully a good sign for the grand slam next week!

Loving the enthusiasm and write ups about the darts! What are your thoughts on the grand slam? Anyone from the BDO that could have a run at it?

World Youth tournament plays down to final two today and it’s Cadby’s last chance at bagging a place at the Worlds unless the PDC hand him an invite which given some of the stuff they have done recently isn’t out of the question. Pretty strong field with the likes of Benito and Dimitri in there.

gutted the youths isn't on PDC TV would be fun to watch.

Not for me, Glen Durrant the most fancied and got ripped apart by Krsytof Ratajski at the world masters, gulf in class too big, anyone in the world would snap off being PDC #25 over BDO #1 and that says it all.
