Durrant can't compete against the PDC players and he knows it, that's why he didn't move isn't it?

I think he answered that himself. Duzza top 8 if he was to move across. Bear in mind that’s what he can do whilst still having a day job.

Meh, don't think beating Wright means much these days Good point about the day job though, I do think he should give it a go in the PDC.

if you can do 5 years in the top 8 in the PDC and have a few goes at the PL then thats proper money these days
Well worth a go imo if todays performance was anything to go on.

Yeah for sure. There are two reasons why he hasn’t switched, he has a well paying day job and his age. If he was 10 years younger then i’m sure he would have already switched. He may still do it but switching is a bigger call for him than it is for the vast majority of players.

Yeah I guess a good call for him is to have another BDO, if he wins at lakeside again then another 100 bags and give it a spin in the PDC, seems reasonable strategy.

Bad day for the BDO boys yesterday with only Duzza getting the W. Mitchell a bit unlucky as he played well but the likes of Hughes, McGeeney and Machin were poor. They were up against the top 8 seeds though so should have an easier time of it today.

Durrant at 2/1 looks like a wheelbarrow job for the BDO worlds.

I was thinking exactly that while I was watching. He played decent to be fair and the crowd were eating his act up.

Really really feel for that kid with the dartitus. Almost feels cruel to send him back up tomorrow night for his last group match but guess he has to.
