Basically been shit for the last 3 months and needed a jump start so I bought a 30 day supply of herbalife. It consists of two tubs of shake and soy protein, herbal tea, multivitamin tablets and some fibre and herb tablets. The program has cost £149.

I weighed 24st 1lb at the start of the year and reached my lowest weight of 21st 3lbs in around August. I weighed in today at 21st 12lbs. The target is to lose 2 stone by the time I go to Vegas on the 13th of December.

I am going to document daily on this thread.

Breakfast will consist of a shake, 2 herb and fibre tablets, 1 multivitamin tablet and a herbal tea.
Mid morning snack of fruit or low fat yogurt.
Lunch will consist of the same as breakfast.
Mid afternoon snack of fruit or low fat yogurt
Tea will be something healthy.

Two litres of water a day must be consumed.

Going to do a minimum of 3 1hour gym sessions a week.

Challenge will start in around 8 hours when I get up.

Lets gogogogogogoooooo

9lb gain since August is not to bad Girgy considering you say you have been eating shit, and still a lot better than your original weight at the start of the year.

Good luck with this 'crash course' not the best way to lose weight but you know that anyway....

That diet will help you lose weight, but not sure what those tablets are meant to achieve other than make your wallet a bit lighter?

Some questions. Why this diet, and how you going to keep the weight off? Also, what you going to do when you're feeling really hungry whilst on this plan?

Not sure I understand. You plan to lose some weight before Vegas, and then immediately put it back on whilst you're out there?

I had a really really bizarre way of dieting though, none of these fancy Diet plan things, Gym visits, or exercising.

I just ate less, & and ate better.

It'll never catch on though.

I lost 2 stone taking a page out of your book, but it took me 12 weeks to get there.  Not a quick fix, but definitely worked in the long run because I'm still losing a bit without even trying.

Good luck with yours Girgy!

How is putting pineapple chunks on eveything classed as eating less and better?
