Smiley

Chuffed to bits. Really need to deliver on the felt in 2013 now in order to wrest back my title of "best player in the Gascoigne family"!!

No one of my posts would be complete without a Father Gascoigne nugget of wisdom....

I spoke to Ian around a quarter of an hour after he busted the Blackpool GUKPT in 5th. I congratulated, consoled, and tentatively asked if he was disappointed at all.

"Do you know what, Ed? I've had a lot of luck to make it this far. I'm happy my chips went to Simon cos he's a really good lad. Most of all, 530pm seems like a sensible enough time to finish and means I can be back at the flat in time for Homeland".

If ever there was a man who #lovesthegame, it is surely my dad, and that (at times, let's not get carried away) makes me a very proud son indeed.

Mr Gas senior is just cool! Simples, no doubt about it, everything about the man states CLASS ACT.

Unfortunately I  do not know Mr Gas junior, although his posts are knowledgeable, the quiz was very clever and he conducts himself in the same manner as his father. Plus he is also the son of the best (imo) poker commentator around. Here is wishing that 2013 brings the Gascoigne's, a can of lager, some chicken, a mobile phone and something to keep warm.

After joining Blonde a couple of weeks ago and making a few posts he's done swell to make the list of outstanding contributions to Blonde Forum 2012.

I think you tried to say it here but it was a bit cryptic Smiley ?

Haven't had the pleasure of meeting either of the Gascoignes yet, but hopefully will rectify that at DTD in 2013...

Love Mr Gascoigne's commentary, great tekkers and he's certainly a colossal double act in the booth with Tighty!

Ed's posts in the sports board are great to read and he's obviously a very smart chap. The only downside is it hits home the reality of how I'm always going to be in Millidonk's camp and never likely to migrate over to the sharper side of things Sad

I'm just pleased I got in last year when it was still considered a real achievement.
