Forgot to add the Julian Alaphilippe crash, got away with it unscathed.
Sprint stage, <20% chance a break wins. Head wind & straight forward finish should give the sprint teams a chance to fight for the stage.

A stage with plenty of potential for teams to try & ambush Sky & Froome. Equally Sky have by far the strongest team & may really put in more hurt on the other GC teams.
Pretty sure the winner will come from a break. Dimension Data are on a high, Steve Cummings & Serge Pauwels are both capable here. KOM points hunters will be out in the break, De Gent, Majka, Costa. Tom Dumoulin is in great shape a 3rd stage win is not out of the question. Gallopin has not looked great, but this stage really should suit him, if he's found form & confidence he'd be on my short list.

Old Tommy Voeckler has been quiet so far in this tour. Has he got one last hurrah left in him? Available at 150/1

Personally think he's well past it, only brief camera time cameos these days.

Is Rolland far back enough at 15mins to be allowed to breakaway? He hasn't looked great but has an effort in him in my uninformed opinion

If fully fit, I hear he may have a broken hand.

The race heads into Switzerland. The last non Alpine stage before Paris. Looks to favour a break, it will be up to the sprinter teams to control today.
Cancellara is a local, but has not been in top form. Sagan is the prime pick. I think we may see Degenkolb feature. Adam Hansen is due a breakaway, also Alaphilippe or Vakoc for Etixx, & Valgren for Tinkoff.
