Froome, odds on favourite. However with a the toughest stages to come, he may be looking to conserve some energy & take a few less risks on the descents. Weather could play a major role in the out come of the stage. Seems like a 70% chance of rain tomorrow. The earlier starters may miss it. Tony Martin is the best of the early, but a few other names could surprise. Westra, Castroviejo, Cam Meyer & Tuft. Porte will not be full gas tomorrow according to Sky.

Pretty obv how much Froomie dislikes Contador, has had words with him several times already.
Gotta be Martin for the TT. Can see quite a few riders taking this TT very easy. Last chance for a rest with all the climbing coming up
I reckon the sprinters etc may need letting off the sweep in the mountains, like last year. Can't see all the 'fat boys' getting home in all those mountain stages within the time

Anyone know why bookies are only paying 2 places on each way bets today? Seems ridiculous. Most of them wont take each way bets full stop

Mixed reports on the weather today, but still seems to be a greater chance of thunder storms for the later starters.

Right. Westra's in the lead. Let the raindance commence. PS. Got on your Peraud tip, Tonji. Where do you get your news from? Follow all the teams & cycling journos on twitter. Gotta love how instant media is now. Peraud has returned from hospital, clean fracture, but will start TT. Hope Fuglsang is on a good day! Froome will switch to a TT bike for the final descent. Stats tell us he has never won a ITT.

Still Froome v Field @ 3.00 (weather dependent). Juggling stuff here, but have heard De Gendt will not be full gas today, not had time to look for a match.
