I made a $7,500 mistake in Vegas and I mentioned it the next day and the guy snap gave me my money back - I would have legit done the same thing for him but he had no way to know that so that was very good of him.

lol $7k here in Vegas too, I just said nothing just got up and walked away as I knew there was no way in the world I was getting my cards back. That was basically the difference between a breakeven and a $7k winning trip too

I made a similar mistake in Amsterdam. I showed an Ace said chop it up and for some reason flicked the other card in the muck. The woman next to me in the hand insisted she scooped as I had not shown both cards.

Show my cards say nothing and let the floor sort it out.

Its a tournament, so I agree with this.  Don't think that a player should ever have the choice to chop or not in a tournament.  Cash obv different.

Had a situation in the deepstack once. 20 players left. Guy jams I call. His KT beats my aq. I haven't put a chip in the pot yet as announced call. Dealer gives him back his chips and blinds. He's just relieved to be in. No one at the table has noticed. Dealer about to destroy the board. I was tempted to say nothing for a split second but had to pipe up. Just couldn't live with myself.

Karma tho. Lost aq to aT to finish 17th

I had a spot on cash the other week, I bet the river £150 with a straight, guy thinks the dealer has said £250 and throws £250 in, ruled as a raise to £300. I call and win, you give the guy back his £150?

Though its a pointless question as nobody that would keep the £150 would say so amongst all the people that post that they would give it him back. That's why threads like these are pointless imo.

Kind of this but it´s more that if you do the right thing in a spot like this, you are more likely to have the right mind set to be a succesful player.
