Sunday schedule, bricked pretty bad, need to assess play as I was just bad, proper bad!
Accounting needs updated:
Online Poker
Deposits: -£166
Balance: £0
Net:
-£166
Live Poker
Buy ins: -£821
Returns: £1,685
Net:
£864
Going to sort a spreadsheet pretty soon as the maths are pretty hard this way and I need to keep track!
Cliffs on this month:
Escaped Nottingham, was such a random experience, budgeted for train home and did not take a penny more than needed so I didnt degen off as I have a habit of doing at DTD, then forgot train prices double on the day and didnt have enough cash to get home, the bank of mum was out of town on her Ruby anniversary weekend and we be screwed! Decided to just spend the train money on drink and turn it into Monday's problem, went on a one man mission round the pub of Beeston, sold advertising space on myself for poker tournaments, sold a winning coupon at the bar, kept the fruit machine market going all day, countless people sent me £20 when required and woke up on Monday on the floor of my room with £20 in change on the floor owing a lot more than it would have cost me to just pay for the expensive train! I have this unfortunate issue of being Bi-Polar, it means life is either 1000 miles an hour or 0, which is why I will always be stop and start on blogging! what comes up must come down unfortunately.
Played 2 tournaments at casino....one of them was a bounty hunter, player shoved a 9 high HHH board for 6,000 into a 500 pot! I shoved with
and was also called by another played with a gut shot straight draw and the
!!!! you could not make this up! As expected my 9 was ahead, as double expected, player B turned his straight and they both rivered the flush! I laughed and walked out! Second tournament, got a stack, both my phones died, had been drinking all day and donked off as I was bored without music/distractions! Won pub poker for £25 though lol #insearchofmylevel
Very very very disappointed to miss the Grand Prix, had two golden chips and was travelling down Thursday to play two live days! My travelling partners uncle took very unwell and obviously family came first so I played two online legs trying to bink Sunday but structure did not suit my game, did make 37th with 18th going through on attempt two but alas not to be! Not impact on stats as already accounted for!
Main issue of the month is utterly done the lot on various -ve games! Have a non gambling wager on for the whole of April from now, if I gamble on anything other than poker for the month I have to buy my mate into GPS Edinburgh and vice versa, excited about this, interesting to prove if I am an addict or not! I really do not know! Was out for drinks with a girl on Thursday (thin) and I am brutally honest about all my failings and she said "so basically, your life plan is, someday your ship will come in" and I said "yeah, pretty much" and she said "what happens if it doesnt?" I paused looked to the left, turned back and said "but it will" suppose that is the gamblers mentality! but all being said, that ship is comming
Today we have the SPS £250+£25, won my seat and super excited! 1 hour clock 30k chips, 40k guarantee with 60+ satted in should smash that! two day 1s, should be epic. Last nights £50+£20 got 130 runners, so the volume is there! Fingers crossed! I can see that ship on the horizon

Sigh, got from 20k to 50k+ in 3 levels, then raised button to 700 at 150/300 sb shoves for 8k I call with aq of parsley, he has j6 off , flop comes q 66 wp lol very next hand I raise 700 with kj d and bb 3b, I assume he tags tilt and flat in position, j high flop and I scoop 10k pot to recoup after barreling a check. Then very next hand get aks 3bet an open and get cold 4 from sb who is reraiser last hand, 4b is 6k, in game it looks like tilt and I could be weak here so I end up 5b shoving into aces to lose 26k had more than I thought, will post hand as sizings all bad and wanna know line! 23k so still in but need regroup

Will report this tomorrow, but somehow bagged up 120.5k with a 90k average, 120 players, £30,000 in the pot with a day to go! Going back to 800/1600/200
Never touched roulette/black jack, caned the free buffet and drank bulmers like a pro! Good day!

Such a great structured tournament but following on from my earlier entry, nothing was going right and I played in all honesty atrocious for a level, I did say it was like somewhat had painted a masterpiece and I decided to sh1t all over it playing like death. Think this sums it up, early position raise at 300/600 to 1400, sb calls, I have
and 14,000 in BB and decide to go fishing (truly awful), get a
flop, this is where it gets worse, I have 12,600 or something left, I check he bets 2600, sb folds and I....wait for it.....this is pretty horrendous, flat!!!!! I mean WTF, my confidence is so battered I can't pull the trigger and want to see the heart, I have made a horrendous peel got the flop I wanted and committed a 5th of my chips cheaply, blank turn, check check, so I know he has no King, river is another blank, I should shove here, almost pot sized and he never calls, and again, trigger finger broken, it check checks and he shows
for a hand I could have got rid of on any street! I was horrified with myself and had a proper good talking to myself!
Then, I went on a run, playing proper poker, managed to get up to 24k without showdown, picked some nice spots, exploited the mid stacks that did not want to take the hit, pushed in +ve spots and did pretty much everything right, then table gets broken, I am at 20k ish after a shoveless orbit.
I get sat next to utter maniac, got 130k, can hardly see as he is that drunk and 5-6x pre every single hand, so double ups should not be hard, plus when he is bluffing constantly he keeps high showing me his cards, which I did warn him against, as when I do make my move do not want to think I cheated to get it. Lose another orbit picking my spot, then fold to button who flats, maniac just makes up which is pretty suprising, I take my option, blank flop, check check check, turn is a 5, I have
, maniac bets 2600, I just flat, reason being I want to know buttons folding before I commit them all which I have every intention of doing with 3rd pair! he folds, river is a 10, now meaning I have 4th pair, he bets enough to leave me 2,200, like 10-12k from memory, I decide to just call, reason being, I only beat a bluff, and if I am wrong, I still have 4 blinds to spin so whats the point! and he does indeed have 9 6 for no pair no draw!
Up to 28k I then have to raise/fold
to a 3 bet with maniac out pot it seems pointless when double up so easy to get next door. Then disaster, maniac loses 3 pots in a row and is out like that! all of a sudden, table is not leaking chips, his losing hands are so LOL, I had to walk away, 5b shoving
into bullets, and 4b shoving into a house on a
with
!!!!
After this I have about 20k ish, early position raise to 2000 at 1000/2000/200 button calls, I have
and think the raiser is aggro and both stacks have difficulty calling this shove due to sizings, get original raiser to fold, button finds the call with
, 2 spade flop but we fold to get to over 40k. Then 2 hands later, caller in last hand shoves for 6-7k, I have
and shove to ISO (not sure if thats needed but think flatting is pretty bad), and SB wakes up with
....WOOPS! shover has
but we spike the aces and are all of a sudden from 10k to 90k in a level! To be honest I did it for me too, as him on tilt in position would narrow my play range but also he is a good guy and it wasn't nice to see the spew.
Only one hand after this I didn't like pulled max value everywhere. I raise with
and get a call from luck box who tilted guy above and button 3b, button is very aggro reg on second bullet who has let himself blind of 30k by playing cash for 3 hours and not appearing post break! so clearly on the spin, but he still has 60k and I just do not want to commit half my stack in a spot where I will never be crushing, he is more likely to have
than a hand, but even if he does, I am not crushing and we still have a station to get through, pretty sure I was bluffed but only lost a standard open and better spots to be found.
All and all, loved the game, hated my play at times, really need to find a way of keeping focused for the whole period, I have too many bad patches when I get involved. Didn't help that wifi didn't work in the room I played in for most of the day, worked everywhere else in casino, very odd!
Looking forward to Sunday and off to pub as bookies is banned for the month

Cheers vinny and red fox.
Yesterday's small $ schedule ended about even, min cashed all over the place and got pretty deep in a $2 turbo so will leave me some for another day. Did not deserve a win as I was just clicking buttons, was watching boxing and not concentrating, probably need to forget everything that happened there for today.

Playing 8 handed all day, absolute hate my table draw, got two of the better players, both of which have a habbit of puting me off my game. Will have the ear phones at the ready as the verbals will not take long. Disappointing day 1b turnout but payouts still looks as follows:
1st £14500
2nd £9400
3rd £5650
4th £4100
5th £2750
6th £2000
7th £1350
8th £1000
9th - 12th £700
13th - 16th £550
Paying less than 10% which is odd, queue a 18th finish ha ha play down to an 8 handed final table which is on tomorrow so fingers are firmly crossed.
Think I have also worked out picture uploader so here it goes...

If anyone can explain how to get an image from photo bucket to here without an iPhone App, I would be eternally grateful
