Hi Nicola
It doesn't appear to support Mac, any plans going forward?
Unfortunately there isn't anything available at the moment
Hope to have something in the not too distant future.

not sure if this has been covered yet, but I deposited £130 intending to but in direct to the two live day 1's.
Will the balance transfer staright over to the new software allowing me to buy in direct there, or will I need to withdraw / deposit myself?
You'll have to withdraw and then deposit on the new site, there isn't a facility to transfer balances over.

Hi Smurf
There aren't plans at the moment, we're only 14 days away from the Grand Prix Day 1A now so it will probably be too late to add any.
Cheers Nicola

RE-ENTRY: Re-Entry is available into all future Day 1’s (should a player qualify for Day 2 through more than one Day 1,
only the players largest stack will go through
)
DAY 1's: We will play down to 10% of the field on all Day 1's (All players will be in the money who make Sunday Day 2)
DAY 2: Will start at Level 16 2500-5000 (
players will have an average stack of 200,000 chips
/ 40 BB)
Hi, sorry, just a bit confused re the above - to clarify, does this mean day 1 is a pure satellite & every player would start day 2 with 200,000 chips?
Cheers

NO - 200K WILL BE THE AVERAGE STACK, STARTING STACK IS 20K, 10% GO THROUGH, THEREFORE WE KNOW THE AVERAGE STACK ON DAY 2 WILL BE 200K

You will start day 2 with however many chips you end day 1 with.
If somebody qualifys twice though aces this will affect the averge chips surely. I would imagine it will b under 200k average?
Ie player 1 plays day 1a and gets through with 150k then plays day 1b and gets 500k chips then his 150k will be removed therefore lowering the average amount of chips as some chips have been removed from the competition.

RE-ENTRY
- Re-Entry is available into all future Day 1’s
- If you qualify on any Day 1 but feel your chip stack is too short, you can still have the option to re-enter into a future Day 1 to try to get a bigger stack
- Should you qualify through more than one Day 1, obviously only your largest stack will be taken into Day 2
I <3 DTD with a passion and understand the commercial driver behind this idea but surely it goes against the aim of making the GP an affordable tournament for all?
If re-entry is allowed it should be at the sacrifice of the chips from the first entry, not with the safety net of knowing that you're already in Day2.

DAY 2:
- We start at Level 16 of the WSOP main event structure 2500-5000
- Since we play down to 10% on Day 1 and start with 20,000 chips, the average stack will for Day 2 will of course be 200,000 chips
- Some players will have higher than 200k and some lower, but this means a decent average of 40 BB going into Day 2, plenty of play
With some surrendered stacks the average will be higher than 200k surely. Possibly by a lot if people do opt to have a second attempt when they are close to the average (as I'm sure many will).
If 10% of players get through Day 1a with CL having 400k then the likelihood of players with less than 150k re-entering rises.
Let's say there were 400 entries so there are 8MM chips in play and theoretically these are shared between 40 players at 200k each. But the bottom 8 only have say 500k between them and they all re-enter and abandon their stacks that means there are now 32 players sharing 7.5MM and the average is now 234k
Finally - has this decision been taken recently? If not, why keep it quiet until we've started to spend money on the satellites and make plans?
You're the best, and you listen to what people are saying, but I don't think this decision is what the core of your Grand Prix customers would want.
