I have downloaded the software, but it will not let me register my card details. It is already used on Gentings.

So I logged into Gentings with my DTD username no problem, but it still will not me deposit as my card is already used on Gentings.

I only have 1 card, so is there a way around this problem or will I no longer be able to play DTD.

was looking forward to playing some of the Monte and ISPT sats

Simple.  You need to register a new account on the DTD software, and then if you're using the same card to deposit you'll need to contact the live support and they'll help sort it for you.

thumbs up

I more Question before I do all that, I notice that you can do player transfer. Is it possible to transfer from my genting account username to my DTD username?

If not it should be, love that on PS to FTP

I'm a bit miffed here. I register, I deposit a small amount, I play for two nights in a row. Log-in tonight and find my account suspended. Contact customer support on-line and get told i need to verify my age for Ipoker. Need to email scanned documents etc. Ok, if i can't be bothered to do this, can I have my money back. No,all accounts are locked until age is verified.
That's right, I can deposit and play straight away but once they suspend my account because they need to age verify it, I can't have MY money back until I get it verified You fecking what?Huh?
Perhaps Ipoker should get your age verified before they take players money. Now i only have smalll change on there ATM but if I'd binked a few quid, I wouldn't have access to it.Needless to say I'm gonna ask questions further up the Ipoker foodchain to find out why they can deny me my money.

p.s. I'd just like to point out that the agent who dealt with my request was helpful and polite and that I didn't use any foul or abusive language towards her. My annoyance is with Ipokers stoopid rules and procedures.

If it stops under aged gambling I can't see problem. Identity Verification is pretty standard on most sites isn't it?

Ok.......deposited a small amount using my credit card a couple of days ago.........and it's not gone through, on the client it says the transaction is "waiting"

Waiting for what?  Support says|I need to contact my bank.  What has my bank got to do with it?  Do I really need to mess about contacting my card issuer to get it to go through?

Nothing is ever simple is it?  Wanted to play a few satty's but this has put me off a bit now.

Support was fine BTW, disappointed they couldn't sort it.

What next?

Hi Mohican

When a player opens an account with us, iPoker do a automated search based on your details and address given, the majority of players can be verified via the electoral roll etc, however if a player has recently moved address, or can't be found via the details given then we request further verification which can simply be the card copy of your driving licence as it has your name, d.o.b, photo and address. This address must match the address on your account other address verification is also requested.

These documents are requested from you via the email address you gave within a couple of hours of you opening your account. We give players 72 hours grace period to send in the documents, within this time we usually chase players with a further email to request the documents. If players haven't sent the documents to us within 72 hours of us requesting them then iPoker lock the players account.

This process is to ensure that all players are given the opportunity to verify their account (as players tend to register last minute for satellites etc) and this allows them time to get the documents together without forfeiting any play. There has to be a cut off legally for us to have a players age verified.

The reason money is held within this time is in case the player is unable to verify his age, in which case he will have been playing illegally.

Once your account is verified once you won't be asked to verify it again in the future.

Cheers Nicola

Hi Matt

Yes, I'm afraid you will need to contact your card issuer. If the transaction is pending their end then it means we won't have received the money from the card.

On iPoker there is now the option to cash in and cash out at the club which makes things easier for a lot of players (if you visit the club regularly). You need to verify your account once with photo ID and address verification which can be your driving licence (card copy) and then this service is always available to you.

If you wish to use this service, all details are here - http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/cash-in-cash-out.php

Obviously for now we need to ensure your card payment is sorted, so the next step is to contact the card issuer, you may just need to approve the transaction.

Cheers Nicola

Has anyone tried the iPoker client on a Microsoft Surface tablet? I know they are not compatible on Android or Apple as of yet but thought it may be a different story on Windows OS?

Sure its been asked before, but can't see it/find it.

is there an expiry date on live event tokens? i.e. 300 monthly, incredible 100's etc      if there is how do we find the info needed before we play?

Is it worth playing tonnes of sats to build up ur live tickets balance etc??

TIA
