I've just returned from the buffet.

I had:

sweet and sour chicken
Rice with prawns in
Potatos
Ham
Beef
Some more ham (darked this time)
More rice (but with peas and asparagus in)

Cheesecake

I also went up for seconds. I'm determined to grow into this XL Blondepoker shirt that tikay gave me.

Watch this space for further food updates.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Guess the buffet update was for Red-dog's future reference  Cheesy

Blinds are now 150/300. A very gradual rise.

There are 87 players left.

Pascal Perrualt = 10k
Barney Boatman = 25k
Bad Girl = 35k
Jan Molby = 14k
Julian Thew - 18k

I told Barney that I expected him to have doubled up by the time I retured. It worked last time, a second occurance would be freaky. I'd officially be his lucky mascot then.

Jan Molby's chips are like Liverpool next season -- going down

If it is £50 for a pint of beer in Denmark, how much is it for a bottle of Cristal Rose?

ok poetic license - but it is possible to pay £10 for a bottle of beer - last year a chap from edinburgh (on my round) asked for a bottle of "Christmas ale" - I should have realised something was up when the barman asked how many glasses I wanted with it....

Not too bad.

It's a bit slow in the press room but fine outside the door.
