We'll both have a virtual £6k roll for the night, so
1% costs £60 or £120 if you want 1% in both. I definitely won't buyin past this, almost certainly won't go past £4k so your liability for me is more likely <£40 per %, Dave is a massive lilballer so will sit deeper and if things go horrifically wrong for him he may still keep going past the 6k mark, but he says anything over the £6k "roll" he'll cover himself and he'll still standby your percentages.
Example.You buy 1% of each of us, and send us £60 each (or can send £120 to me and I'll escrow).
I buyin for £1500 and top up another £1500 throughout the night. So I'm in for £3k and I cash out £4k. I've made £1k profit so you make £10, so I send you £70 back.
Dave buys in for £3k and gets pwned by Gascoigne over and over, and has to rebuy for another £3k. It doesn't stop, and he can't take anymore, and quits with £1k left. He's lost £5k, so refunds you £10.
