GL with the diary mate. I would recommend keeping it productive and avoiding 'pathetic call' etc statements after badbeats, obv frustrating but that's all part of the game ... and after all you want such calls anyway surely? You'll get more feedback too!

You have enough to make him fold but in a vacuum (readless) it is hard to say. Do we have HUD stats for PFR and fold to 3-bet that would give us some idea. The raise is from EP so is weighted to the stronger part of his range. 99 looks a good hand though and you can get calls in these from like 55, 66, 77 and 88 here as well a a few hands you are racing with so it is possible you are just ahead of his calling range. Add in some fold equity and  your shove is probably +cEV which should be the main thing we are looking at at this stage.

I am guessing it is a 3-bet shove?
