How about big bonus points for multiple team members completing a task.
For example, where you would get +5 for making day 2, if 2 team mates make day 2 they get double points, +10 for each, if three do it it's +15 for each and a massive +25 each if all team members get through for the scoop points. The same system would apply to making the money and making ft.
Dunno if that sounds too complicated, I don't think it is; just a bit more adding up needed.
It gives it more of a team effort feel to it.
+1 this ^^^

Don't you think the chance of a 100k pay off enough of an incentive?

Is this some kind of hilarious practical joke?

Seems popular. Will add this into OP when I'm not on my phone.

Will PM all the captains the payment details in a few days.
You need a team name too...

Would be great if everyone could FB or tweet this link to the weekend's Mega Sats please
http://www.dusktilldawnpoker.com/news/monte-carlo--online-sunday-mega-sats/2327
DTD's biggest ever satellites, a huge commitment, and every little helps to enable them to get the numbers...
All you have to do is click the twitter or facebook link top right, now that function has been added

Have updated OP with the team bonuses and the rules on re-entry.
Have slightly altered the scoring system Yian suggested into bonus points rather than 'doubling'. Hopefully these are fair, feedback welcome of course.
Will get the terms set in stone ASAP so Dubai can run a book.
Just to be clear, IF ONE OF YOUR TEAM IS PLAYING THE ONLINE LEG, IT MUST BE DECLARED ON THIS THREAD. Ill send a reminder to captains when I send payment info PM's out.
Cheers.
