No i never had a problem with calling to be honest if he had not turned over aq i think in the end i would have still called it was just the agro i got from him and one or 2 on the table saying i should have never called because i already seen his cards that y a was asking.

So it's a moral issue then?

Going by the other players logic they can just shove 27 off then flip them over and win every pot.

If anyone calls they get shouted at because they have the advantage of knowing what they had. Clearly they're all ridiculous.

Slightly concerned that you only 'think' you might have called had you not seen the aq. It's an insta high five the dealer snap get 'em in spot.

Think the thread is ok. He is asking what YOU would have done, not what he should have done. Obviously getting stick for it has made him post the question.

Doubt you should have put the bad beat with the aces in tho. Seems to be too much moaning about bad beats on blonde at the moment.

What I would have done: Told them stfu and concentrate then laugh loudly at their aggroness, quoting lines similar to..."are you idiots actually serious..?"...."sorry, did you just actually say that???"....."have you guys played poker before??" Damn cheek of the mothers!

Tell him you can read him like a book, and not a very good book either (certainly not bravo two zero by andy mcnab), call and then fistpump/gyrate wildly while the community cards are dealt

I would say "I haven't look my cards yet, CALL" then flip them over and try and act surprised that I had AK. Then when he has walked off I would whisper to the table "I had looked really.."

Nut line here don't play at Gala. Won't be a problem for much longer as the Rank takeover is imminent.

Will be near impossible to play poker in Gala within the month they are keeping only a few
and one of those is in Gibraltar. Once they become G the behaviour should improve. You go out
for an enjoyable game no doubt and find yourself in these spots.

Have not as yet had a bad evening of poker at DTD as players are encouraged to behave appropriately.
Disputes occur although they are the exception rather than the rule.
