How is it that Packers & the Twins are shown to have had a Tie? I thought every NFL game had to end with a result?

If the game finishes and the teams are level, it goes to overtime, but if the teams still can't be separated, they call it a tie. They are rare, though and the press can't work out what to do with them. Proper cat and pigeons job.

Gotcha.

So if - hypothetically of course - one was discussing the Packers on a piece to camera, likely to be viewed by millions (minimum), how does one articulate that?

For - say - Dallas - I'd say "Dallas are 7 & 6".

So the Packers record would be spoken as "Packers are 6 & 6 with one tied" I guess?

Just wondering, thats all.

Green Bay are +6 to win at Dallas this weekend, or 2/1 outright give or take a tick

Aaron Rodgers is very close to being back. If he comes back they could put a lot of points up. If he doesn't you are getting a fair price against a flaky team

Dallas game is why i love the NFL..abs bonkers.... did the coaches not see Murray torching them ? LOL

Oh and I have to get a thin one in as my Colts sweep my biggest bet of the season..Playoff place,division and the all important +8.5 wins...
