UTG raises and Jamie Moult 3 bets the small blind playing 40,000 at 1,000-2,000

Tom Somerville 4 bets the big blind, UTG passes and Moult calls all in with 5-5

Somerville Q-Q, holds to knocmk Moult out and go to 130,000

Ian Gascoigne appears to be chip leader with over 225,000

I counted it twice to make sure

"Just general brilliance, hitting nothing, bluffing, shoving the river with nothing" he tells me is the route to his success today

Pause

"No, I am hitting everything" he tells me exiting his parallel universe

He had JJ v AK all in on J-Q-K to win a big confrontation, hitting a Jack for quads on the river, which was a big part of his ascent to the top. So far.

Silly question

Kinboshi was out recently

Flanagan was out faster than you can say "Where are the Value Sausages?", losing a big chunk with A9 v AJ on AJ9 and never really recovering

Juliette Jones played last night and is back again for more. Her good friend Suzanne Gilbert amassed a million chips* last night...and Juliette wants some of the Sunday action too

* In the last level last night Suzanne tangled with the second chip leader, and she was chip leader with 500,000

She raised with 6-3 hearts and called a three bet from the second chip leader, a locla anon

Flop came K-6-3 and she check raised all in and was called by A-K and held. 1 million chips, easy game

Very nice  Smiley

Tom Somerville up to 350,000 and chip leader at the break

Priving blind squirrel theory is alive and well in poker he won big pots with Jacks (3 bet)against tens (4 bet shove), Queens (4 bet shove) against AQ (3 bet call) for 100,000 a time

Debbie Fox all in 40,000 in the cut off

Min Ji calls in the small blind

Ian Gascoigne "Richard"

I look round

"All in" from the big blind

Min calls all in

Fox KK
Ji KQcc
Gascoigne AA

6-3-4-10-4

Gascoigne knocks two out

Goes to nearly 300,000

and tells me

"that's just the way it is"

(copyright, Bruce Hornsby and the range iirc)

Meanwhile in chip leader city Tomsom87 is moved table and picks up AQ first hand

His short-stacked lady opponent stop and goes from the big blind by calling pre and shoving 7-6-J

Tom calls her with two overs, and is ahead against a drawing 9-8

Tom holds on the 6 turn, J river to go over 400,000

With 57 left coming to the end of Level 12

blinds go 3000-6000 after the break and average is 151,000

On the three lower tables

1, has Karabiner, Raj Dhiri and Jason Herbert. Karabiner is getting short with 75,000

2 has Tom Somerville with over 400,000

3 has Ian Gascoigne with 250,000

Three tables on the top level

4 Shelly Bedi is railing a very short stacked Dom Smith

5 has Adiman and Raj Aulja both with average stacks

6 has Sean Randall battling on

28 go through, a further 8 get £100 back
