flight 1

Danny Parry down to 50,000 after losing QQ to JJ v a short-stack

Playing quite fast now to try to get a stack towards the end of the flight as, not being guaranteed a cash returning for day 2, its get a stack or save on the hotel cost for tonight....

in flight 2 we are up to 216 runners, only 32 short of hitting this really ambitious guarantee with under 3 hours of late reg to go. Going to be close

Adrian Henry is in the second flight too, and just knocked out Peter Nicolle with AQ v KJ to win a 22,000 pot and go to about 1.5x average stack as we approach the half way break after seven levels

Entries closed for flight 2

234 runners

This brings the total number of entries over 8 flights this week to 990

Tantalisingly close to the guarantee, but 990! Think that qualifies as a great success

A run down of the various tables

1 Robert Baguley the UKIPT Nottingham winner the chip leader with 175,000 at 1-2k average 78k. On his table a short-stacked Chinese Frankie and a medium stacked Raj Dhiri

2 Amjad Mohammed, who made day 2 in flight 1 earlier is going again and has turned 30,000 into 120,000 in an hour and a half since entering at 9.20pm

3 Guangzhu Fan is a big chip leader here. Pete the bandit and Ben Vinson are grinding below averages tacks

4 Nik Flanagan, who I last saw smile in 2011, still has 115,000 and is well placed

5 Chris Sly is right up there with 200,000+

6 Ross Patman has just gone out with 6-6 v Q-Jss which flushed on the rive. Dan Muddiman on this table

7 A short-stacked Maria Demetriou battling with Eso Kral with 130,000 and Stuart Foxat the other end of the table with 150,000

8 Sean Belton, Greek Jack, Sunny Mistri and Sean Randall, with Belton the only above average stack of those
