All over for today!

Level 14 has ended with just 26 players left from 141 entries. 21 players qualified online for Day 2 so we now have 45 players currently on an automatic min cash on Day 2.

Back again tomorrow at 2pm for Day 1c.

Thank you and Goodnight!

Day 2 min cash ? Really ?

No

Min cash is £600. Not automatic for day 2 though.

Obviously a test to make sure people were paying attention.

Quick trip to Nandos and I'm back shortly.

Slight photo issue already.

The file sharing system we use has updated itself and now only wants to post images to Google... and is denying me access to Google just to add to the confusion. Tighty.. where are yooooo?!

127 entries so far, looking for at around another 100 to make the gte.

We lost a player in the first ten minutes!

Tony Martin (not the burglar shooting farmer) raised up with Aces, hit top set on a Q J A flop and ended up getting it all in on the river, to find his opponent had flopped the nuts holding K 10 off.

Tony has re entered.

Albert Sapiano, yesterday's chip granddaddy, is also here today taking full advantage of the chip merging available.

Okay I'm trying to solve some tech issues with photo sharing, but as I sit here smacking my laptop with a rolled up copy of the DTD schedule, I've heard six shouts of man down already! However,  four out of the six bustouts has already re-entered so numbers are already looking positive for Rob Yong.

Oh my ears, Ryan must have drawn these two together deliberately: Will Kassouf and RastaFish sat side by side, with Rasta having position. That's if position could ever apply here.

Same table has Blonde Maria Chilli on it, Dom mahoney and Paul Romain.

Rasta looks ready to slap Will already, but I'm pretty sure that won't be the first time.

Will raises pre, 2.5 bgs, and as Rasta picks up his chips, Will starts the machine gun monotone that could alienate him from his own mother.

"Oh he's gonna raise, here he goes, rasta gonna raise, oh hang on he's just calling, why are you calling why arent you raising what are you doing, any more fish oh yes heres another one calling, come on the fish anymore fish..."

Gary Fisherf also calls, two seats to rasta's left.

Flop is

Gary checks, Will bets 425 accompanied by a stream of chatter about how he's betting his ace and rasta is calling to rep the ace. Rasta does indeed call, as does Gary.

Dom Mahoney turns to Will and asks if he is aware DTD have an anti drugs policy.

Minimal betting on the turn  with maximum talking, the river is a  , which Gary checks first to act.

Will just can't bring himself to bet - he might be the biggest fool when it comes to trash talking but he's wise enough to know he's not winning this pot, and starts to say how he can't bet his missed flush against Gary's ace, and he knew he had an ace all along. Rasta checks and no one wants to table a hand to claim the pot!

Will tells Gary to turn over his Ace, Gary asks the dealer if he has to show first as the river was checked by all, and the dealer says he does, so he obligingly turns over  for the flush!

Rasta and Will start to bicker over who was ahead, Rasta shows a Queen and insists he was winning, while Will declares he had A2. Rasta tells him to show, Will again says, I had A2, and flips over  two spades - "See?"

Pot goes to Gary Fisher.

202 entries and counting...

Eight of them re-entries. We need 274 players today to dodge an overlay - it's looking more and more likely as players can enter right up until 10pm tonight.

Honey Monster Albert Sapiano has busted, but probably isn't too worried with his stack from yesterday.

As I speak he is at the cashier re-entering.

Lots of people coming through the front doors, yet no one going out, it's busy busy busy!

Funtime Frankie is here.

I walked past his table four times before I clicked he was here as I didn't recognise him: he's had a hair cut and hasn't opened his mouth.

Apparently the closed mouth is his new strategy he told me (quietly), but I'm not sure how the haircut fits in.

I wandered over to table 37 to take a picture of a player I had on my list as notables.

Seat 7 however is occupied by an un-notable? Very nice guy but about 40 years older and 4 stone heavier than the kid I'm looking for, so i asked him if he had just moved to that seat.

Yes he says, and the lad to his left says "I took him out, house over house"

Great thank you I say and walk away.

The lad in seat 8 then calls after me "Caroline?"

I think he looks a bit familiar, so feel rude for not remembering him, and turn back and say "yes?"

Lad says "Who was it you were looking for?"

I reply "Brett Angell"

He looks a bit shocked and says "you know that's me right?"

Lesson's learnt here:

1. Learn to count properly.

2. Remember DTD is 9 handed tables.

3. Look at people properly

4. Remove Brett Angel from FB friends list in case he tags me and tells people the story.
