Raymond 'Mondatoo' Norton?

Works for Pads as his stable manager and has done for a couple of years I believe.

I kind of new that, but wondered why we never hear from him on here, or if he still played live etc.

That's a good question.

He last posted here in Mid March, so 9 months ago, but he still seems to log in regularly - in fact he logged in to blonde this morning, at just after 6am.

I'm not aware that he had any upsets or bad blood with anyone here, & he was pretty popular.

Folks just move on I guess.

Shame really, I really liked Ray, & much enjoyed his company.

Here's his now-dormant Diary;

One of my favourite ever casino moments, although I am not sure if I am remembering it correctly, was watching Ray play Roulette in Gala Nottingham, while Cos translated the numbers he was requesting to the croupier!

Have no recollection of this story whatsoever, bit like most stories of my times in Nottingham though until they're relayed back to me, gg.

Good times Stu, all the best to you and the family.

Good to know you are OK Ray.

I know you had some ups & downs along the way, but I get the impression you are sailing along nicely now, well done mate.

Hmm, I remember it quite vividly but I think as always we had had a few.

Need verification from the internet policeman himself.

Be good to catch you for a beer again one day.

I vaguely remember something like that but I did a few trips with Ray and often acted as translator in restaurants, casinos etc. This particular occasion I need my mind jogging.

Would be good to do a Blonde reunion at some point!

Would be lovely to see a lot of folk from past on here.

BTW Ray...Reece was only saying tonight that his Xbox 1 was the best ever gift. He is eternally grateful and fills most of his time on it even tho I really try to prize him out of his room.
