The PokerStars European Poker Tour London Poker Festival will run from October 2-12 and will attract the best players from around the world to do battle for millions of pounds.

Last season Dutch pro Ruben Visser took down the Main Event, playing through a field of 647 players to scoop a first place prize of £595,000. UK businessman Talal Shakerchi notched the High Roller event, taking home £436,330 in cash. In total, well over £5,000,000 was awarded in prize money, making EPT London one of the world’s very best live poker events.

Season 10's London stop will again be an extravaganza of poker, with a wealth of events including the £5,000 + £250 Main Event, the High Roller and for the first time a £50,000 Super High Roller. EPT London is also the Grand Final of the PokerStars UK & Ireland Poker Tour, with a £1,000 + £100 Main Event. The festival also moves to a new home at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden.

The schedule is at http://www.europeanpokertour.com/tournaments/london/

Please post how you get on if playing

Quick reminder - you CANNOT, under any circumstances, buy-in @ the Venue, the Connaught Rooms, you can ONLY do so either Online, or at the Hippodrome, which is a goodly walk away.

In my world, a 10 minute stroll is a goodly long way.

Hi all!

I can confirm that you will not be able to buy-in at The Grand Connaught Rooms.  if you are looking to buy-in using cash or PokerStars funds then this will need to be completed at The Hippodrome Casino. We will have a complimentary shuttle service between The Hippodrome Casino and The Grand Connaught rooms running from 10am to 2am or it is a 10 minute simple walk.

If you do not wish to visit The Hippodrome Casino first then we recommend that you buy-in in advance via the PokerStars lobby and you will then be able to pick up your ticket, Hippodrome Friends Card and PS Live card at The Grand Connaught Rooms without having to visit The Hippodrome Casino as long as you bring photo ID!

For a full explanation on the buy-in process please see the following link:

http://www.pokerstarsblog.com/ept/2013/read-this-if-youre-playing-ukipt-or-ept-141888.html

All cash games will also take place in The Hippodrome Casino.

We have a 5 seat guaranteed UKIPT London satellite in The Hippodrome Casino on Tuesday 1st October at 19:00 with a buy-in of £150+£15.

Any questions please let me know.

Many thanks,

Jamie

TL900 - Unfortunately we had to re-jig the schedule to try and ensure that all of our tournaments provided a good playing experience without turning people away, unfortunately this means that a few tournaments had to be removed from the schedule.

Eso-Kral - We are playing 10 levels on UKIPT Day 1A & 1B. Should mean that play concludes around midnight.

Ripple11 - I will try to confirm the initial cap we have on this at present. Where possible I would try and ensure you buy-in in advance for all UKIPT side events if possible. These are all available to register now via the PokerStars lobby and you will be able to register using cash/debit card in the Hippodrome Casino from 10am the day before each event.

Re-entries can be purchased in advance from The Hippodrome Casino if you wish with cash. These will then be refunded if un-used although you will have the return to The Hippodrome Casino for your refund and you must have both copies of your receipt with you.

10,000 Starting Stack/30 mins on Day 1, 40 mins on Day 2/Re-entry available for 6 levels

Late registration is open for 6 levels for this event so 3 hours.

Jamie
