It's not really what he's being staked for though ?

What's the thought process for ever playing these 9 mans ? I don't know much about them but was under the impression, quite easily could be totally wrong, that they were dead.

I'd suggest playing one form of sng's, study them hard, grind hard and hopefully get out of make up and then take it from there.

yeh zoom would obviously be a massive change of senery and im not sure how it would work on stake tbh. Im not 100% confident i am/can beat the games at the minute also and therefore would not be happy being backed i dont think. Happy to have my mind changed of course.

The 9 mans i always think everyone says there tough and then i play them and still see horrifc play every single session. Been playing mainly the knockouts which seem to have the worst punters in them only tend to be 3/4 regs per table that ive been playing on. Yes some of them can be extremely tough and you can have horrible sessions. But still regularly se people shipping every hand etc etc. My results have definiatly been worse in the 9 mans than the 180 mans for example.

The main reason i have played them is to keep my tables high for the short sessions i feel i play a lot better at like 16 tables than having 8 tables in early stages have big tendancies to play to many hands etc. To have like 20 180 mans going i will need to start playing 4/5 hour sessions rather than 2/3 hours. etc. possibley a mix of 180 mans and MTT turbos would work i suppose. Again im not really sure hence opening up to the floor. All advice is taken on board!

obviously being a majority stakeholder your backing is pretty important.

Sadly as youve ditched me tonight your opionion to me now is insignificant!

Would be interested to know what the sng guys think but I would probably drop the 9 man games. They are incredibly tough & it's not like there won't be enough 18/45/180 mans going

As stated on page 1 i think the 9mans are a waste of time.

I will prob throw another $75 in if you're going to stick to the 45/180 mans but dont mind ending it either, youve played plenty & things havent really worked out so i dont think there is any problem with drawing a line under it if your hearts not in it.

Thanks for the advice guys and also been chatting to Ray (mondatoo) also on skype about things as i dont think there are gonna be many people who know the 180 mans as good as him.

I think for now. with the last bits and bobs im gonna play 180 mans so tonight will be $2.5/$7 one's possibley even lower. I want to get out of this and winning a few of these would defo help!

If we go broke we can then review it from there my sample of 180 mans is still pretty small but in profit currently ( I think about 500 games). So its probably not the worst option.

Im off out now. Gym and a bit of live cashaments. Then back online later 12/2 ish for a grind most probably depending on how i feel.

Got over my North of the border illnesses now and feeling much better in life in general after losing half a stone in 3 weeks and diet/exercise going great! Just need to turn the poker around now!

roll 23.76$

bit of a blurgh session. Plnety of min cashes and nothing much else.

But definitely feel better about just 180 mans i played lots of the $2.5 and they seemed really soft and these will defo allow me to keep lots of tables going if we keep going. Will be playing again tomorrow. Just trying to get out of this first but still happy to keep talking about plans moving forward.

playing the two VIP comps tonight will be playing some 180 mans later.

Im also putting together a staking thread for MTT's tomorrow so if anyone would like a piece of that just let me know.Obviously that thread will haves some of the comps we normally take a punt at here, but at the minute the roll is not sufficient to do that anyway.
