What happened to the points I accumulated towards the £25 tokens? Are  these promo's always going to be "All or nothing" jobs?

I played a while last night btw, around an hour, but despite regular refreshing the member's area page still had no info on the table.

points will be converted back to DTD Points, or outstanding tokens transferred to other satellite tokens

not sure what you mean by "all or nothing" jobs?

I was updating last night, the table update is currently manual and its not easy to do it when updating/working at the club on the front desk

If you notice next time, post on here and I will try to get on to do it

All players get a email confirmation next working day - no need to tell us when you want to use it.
Players details with seat credits are passed to DTD cash desk
arrive at DTD tell cash desks you have a credit and they will enter you
Also applies to the re - entry if you have credit available then again cash desk will deal with that one.

Seat credits have 120 expiry so we really are encouraging players to BANK seat credits for use on all our weekly / monthly events
