Slept from 0030 - 0700 which is a looooooooooong time for me. Apart from coughing up a small country when I woke up and currently feeling like I am sucking on a cactus I would say I am in the best possible shape that a morbidly obese man with liver disease could be in, in his very late 20s.

2014 is the year I plan to get healthy;

On 1st January I weighed in at 25st 5 which is obv the heaviest I have ever been. Pretty fucking disgusting tbh but my problem is that I am such a narcissist that I still think I am sexy as fuck.. I have already done more exercise in the first 2 weeks of this year than I have during the whole time since I left the RAF (October 2010) and I plan to continue this way. Just hopped on the scale and currently weighing in at 23st 10. So that's a 23lb loss for the year, imagine the flu helped with a bit of that though.

I googled weights of animals; I weighed a bit more than a male black bear and a smidge less than a fully grown male lion but more than a female.. The plan is to get down to about 17 stone or an antelope if you will. Doctors will say I should be 14.5 st but with at 6ft 3 with my general build 17 stone is the perfect fighting weight.



If I can lose 1 stone per month then come summertime I shouldn't be too ashamed to get my tits out on the beach although that hasn't stopped me too many times before.. from my missus private collection:

Lord have mercy. I snap went down 4 or so buyins from people just getting lucky vs me, then I went on world tilt and gave away another 4 buyins.. During that time I knew I was on tilt but I just couldn't step away form the computer. Eventually when I was at my wits end I managed to force myself away from the screen. I took a long hard look in the mirror and asked myself "is this what you want to do". I wasn't sure, I felt destroyed, I did a job search and snap found a tonne of jobs which I would be suitable for. One of which I could walk into tomorrow on £45k. It's in Derbyshire which means a 1.5hr commute each way, I would hardly see my missus, would never get to pick Amelie up, the job itself would be stressful, I would have to wear suits, I would be in an office or on the motorway for the majority of my life and I would have to answer to someone each and every day. So I asked myself again "is this what you wan't to do"....

Fuck no that's not what I want to do was my reply. It's gonna take more than losing 8.5 buyins before 11am to get me back in the office pokergods. I gave myself a slap, hoody up, headphones on and was ready to grind. 3,500 hands later we are in profit for the day with a decent amount of rakeback to keep the wolves away.

That said I still feel relatively happy, our all in adjusted ev shows that we ran -4bi below ev so we are not as shit as it looks although we are still pretty shit.
