Tasos can't quite beleive he's got 150,000 at 250-500

That's what calling raises with Q-5 will get you. You, not me.

Right 7 levels into today as we hit the third break

123 entries, so far showing 11 re-entries and that closes in 25 minutes

10 short of the GTE, going to be a player or two either way I suppose

With 94 of 134 currently left the blinds go 300-600 after the break, playing to around 11pm

exits

95    James Metcalf
96    Asif Raja
97    Anthony Nicholls
98    Stephen Ayres
99    Paul Jackson
100    Andy Priestley
101    David Nisbet
102    David Lhonore
103    Umar Khan

Nick Hicks raied and Niren Hindocha 3 bet him from the small blind

Hicks shoved a below average stack with Q-Q

Hindocha called with K-K

flop 4-8-Q to double Hicks up

Any news on Chris Vernon and is his hat really that bad??

Will check and yes. I put a photograph up earlier

The £150 Deepstack has a £30,000 GTE, open to 9.45pm

Currently 65 runners and a £20,000 overlay

If you have Saturday night free...you could do worse....

Update on Gary Holden please Tighty...

Thanks in advance...

While he is shortstacked and looking miserable he is getting a massage.

I think he might smile if he doubles up

Both above average stacks

Carol Nichols limps

Like a Hammerhead shark about to punce on its prey Simon Deadman limps on the button

Both blinds complete/check including Neil Strike in the big blind

9-3-6

Strike leads for 1,000 at 300-600 and Deadman is the only caller

8 turn

Strike checks

Deadman 5200

Strike checks his cards, raises an eyebrow, looks at Simon and calls

river A

No flushes possible

Strike checks

Deadman 8,000

Strike check raises to 16,000

A bit of speech play which I miss because I am looking at a new valet

I look back to the table

Deamn folds and Strike it Lucky shows him 10-7 suited for the turned nuts

The final number of runners is I think 138

Making 293 total and 7 short

We are now into Level 9 400-800

138 today, 86 left

Tasos Grigoriou is still chip leader

Any counts you want just holler. Keep me going, getting too old for this.

Chris Vernon is out

Most of the damage was done when he lost with a set of Jacks against A-K which turned a broadway straight

He then shoved second pair on the flop and had run into a set, his opponent turned Quads

He's taken his hat off, so that is some consolation

Alex Spencer opens in the cut off

Gary Holden shoves 14,000 on the button

Lalith Sheena in the big blind reshoves 60,000

Spencer CALLS all in with Q-Q

Sheena has A-K

Unlucky Gary, who flips A-J

Flop 2-J-2

turn J

Thats the treble up then

Queens win the side pot

Holden has progressed since and now has 55,000 at 4-800, average 50,000

We have a new chip leader with 180,000

I asked him for the details

"Nothing big, just chipping up". Which isn't really the wham-bam quote I was looking for, but it is what it is

He is Tommy Bingham
