Primal cuts, not all the cuts. There is a difference.
I did look for proof that Iraq used a dollar as an official currency but couldnt find any. If you can, let me know. I don't think it will affect the standings so happy to be proved wrong...

Sod it, all I can find is petro dollars example but I'm sure dollar and dinar is accepted

Dollars are accepted currency in Mexico, therefore it it a country that uses the dollar!
If not for this travesty, I would have been in second place. Miffed.
