I'd welcome any feedback with regards to the competition so that we can make improvements if we run similar competitions in future.

Was the wooden spoon prize a good idea?

Should we give a prize to the top tipster each day or would that dilute the overall prize pool too much?

Anything else?

Thanks again to everyone who took part. It was a great turnout which made it very worthwhile.

Personally I'm not a fan of the wooden spoon prize.  In my mind, you enter these things to do well.  Not that I'm giving those on nil point a rub down, but you know what I mean.

Rest works fine I think.

I think something daily would work.  Think the wooden spoon becomes a bit too easy to go for if you brick the first day which obv increases variance because if one of those guys cops one of the absolute rags they can also win the tourney...creates a weird dynamic but take my feedback with a pinch of salt given I only actually got out of bed in time to submit my selections on one day!!!

Top comping mere, thoroughly enjoyed my first time. Happy to go without a wooden spoon next time. Re invest that money into a daily prize would be great.

Well done on the win bookie, came storming through at the right time.

Good to see such a great turnout, I'm sure we could get the numbers up even more with a bit of spamage from Hitman and Slyklist.

Pretty random picks for last day and not backed a winner all festival.

Nice surprise when I looked at tea time because could not remember my selection in the biggie.

Thanks very much Mere for setting this all up , you need to pick a bottle of red wine of your choice now.  Wink

Cheers dad dont dance

Obviously random. Smiley

You need to PM me your bank details otherwise I get to keep the prize.

That's rule 92. It's definitely a rule, it's just in very small print. Smiley
