Paul Jackson raises UTG and gets no fewer than 4 callers before it arrives at Chris Filus in the small blind with 6-3 spades
He calls
Six way to a 7-6-3 flop, two diamonds
Filus checks
Jackson c-bet 5,000
All the callers fold and Filus check raises, setting Jackson in
Jackson calls off with 9-9, misses and re-enters

At 300-600
Algernon Buchanon limps UTG
There are no fewer than six callers as one by one everyone limps into the pot
I check what the buy in of the competition is.
Albert Sapiano in the big blind raises an eyebrow, arches a shoulder and throws in 9,500 haphazardly
One by one the limpers fold, Albert tells each of them as they discard their cards
"limpers tax boys"
He adds 4500 to his stack with no trouble at all

The final number of entries tonight was 82
53 online last night
So 300-82-53=165 needed tomorrow at 5pm to hit the £150,000 GTE

I have been on Albert watch, and Bandit/Greek Jack watch on the level above
Albert has been having fun
Buchanon limped again for 800 UTG. The small blind completed and Albert 3,000 more in the big blind
Buchanon this time shoves, for 23,000
Albert asks for a count, and flashes an Ace on folding. Buchanon shows him A-K off
--
Julian Thew joins the table directly to Albert's right
Albert limps UTG
Two callers and Julian checks his option in the big blind
flop
check
Albert 3,000
Julian check raises to 10,000
"I don't believe you Julian" says Albert as he passes a Nine
--
On the top table, line up cumulative age 480 years (divide by 7) Greek Jack has ben trying to see every flop, and looking like he is missing all of them. Peter the Bandit is playing snug, not involved much. actionjack is complaining he is card dead. Martyn Frey is inactive by his standards
---
On this table I saw J-10 Stephen Kidsley knock out Emran Hussain 9-8 by calling a big all in on K-10-7-K-9. The unlucky Hussain flopped a straight and flush draw in the big blind, check called flop and turn and shoved the river having hit two pair but missed both draws. Seemed pretty unlucky to me to get called by a bigger two pair, but all power to Mr Kidsley

I wanted to post my thoughts about the following issue earlier but I just found the time now, pls note that my intentions are pure and with no malicious reasons, I believe and if am wrong correct me that more than one person that got through on the day one online were playing in the club last night, therefor were able if wanted to exchange info, not saying they did but taking into account to what happened with the sky open satellite few days ago, what is the opinion of the club about players that using their router to play online, is it not the same as two people play online in the same house!! Again my question was not made to picture any specific player or with any bad intent!! Thanks

This is one for Simon or one of the TDs when you see them please. Don't know if it happened and I don't know the policy if it does happen

I always thought you were allowed to play online at the club.

Albert Sapiano is in every pot. By far the most entertainment on the remaining six tables gone midnight on a day one
He limps UTG for 1000
Emrah Yildiz raises to 2300
Folded back to Albert, whose attention is drawn to the fact that there has been a raise
Albert looks across at Yildiz and chides him
"Is there any need for that?"
He calls
Albert has checked dark, Yildiz checks behind
Albert 3,000
Yildiz raises to 6,000
Albert quickly calls
Albert checks
Yildiz 6,000
Albert quickly calls
Yildiz shows
Albert mucks, his cards thrown onto the community cards from over shoulder height with a mixture of dexterity and frustration

I always thought you were allowed to play online at the club.
I think you are.
I don't know how many of the 53 online last night were playing at the club, or if any co-tabled in a tournament or cash. One for Simon, please
