The paid entry competition will have exactly the same rules as the free competition.

To enter the paid entry competition you must submit a team for the free competition on that thread. This team will then count for both competitions.

The rules for the free competition are here:
http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=63729.0

The paid competition will have an entry fee of £50 payable to me.
I will send bank details to everyone who has expressed an interest in the paid competition.
Entry fees must reach me by midday Tuesday 27th May. No late entries will be accepted.

I will maintain a list on this thread of everyone who has entered and will provide updates as the competition progresses.

The prize structure will depend on the number of entries in the competition:

1-10 entrants
1st 100%

11-20 entrants
1st 75%
2nd 25%

21-30 entrants
1st  60%
2nd 30%
3rd 10%

>30 entrants

Indeed. Smiley

It simplifies the administration if the selections are all posted in one place (only).
It avoids any confusion if someone inadvertently posts different teams on the two threads.
Hopefully it means less effort for the entrants too.

People just need to post on here that they have entered and send me the entry fee.

People who have expressed an interest so far:

Having looked at last year's entries, we had a field of 12 which may have appeared a bit cliquey small.

In an attempt to make it more inclusive, I propose changing the entry so that there are two pools - £40 and £10. You can only enter the £40 pool if you enter the £10 pool, i.e. you either pay £10 or £50.

If anyone thinks this is a bad idea please let me know.

I, and all of Blonde, appreciate your donation.

I foresee a surge in entries now that all the shrewd cookies realise what an +EV proposition this competition is.
