Cheers for the good luck messages, offical updates are here http://www.wsop.com/tournaments/chipcounts.asp?grid=1052&tid=13645&dayof=3665 poker news updates have me in 40th. From Warrington Gabon also.

Looking forward to today.

Yesterday was a long battle, the first table was really good and was disappointed when that broke earlier than i thought it would. Its really nice to sit at a table with guys for 6 or so hours straight i find with only the odd guy coming in or out and im happy with that but once i start bouncing around tables i sometimes lose my way a bit. This happened yesterday with the 77<AA about 5 hands into a table move. If id been there all day i may have had more information to find the fold but with the information i had thats all i could do.

The 2nd table got a lot tougher, to my right i had "jdtdpoker" (http://www.officialpokerrankings.com/pokerstars/jdtjpoker/poker/results/DA7E4E272E794664A9AE53F66ED20944.html?t=2), to my left were 4 shortish guys that were ready to fold to the money. JDTD was opening every pot and it put me in the dilema do i play back, and potentially get myself in a messy spot with someone who is obviously very competent at the pokers or wait for my opening and when he does not open i can dive in there. Well for an hour there was not an un opened pot when it got to me, this was not the worse thing as i was pretty card dead and was probably portraying an image of a lot tighter player than i actual wanted to be playing. I then opened up a bit on JDTD,3 betting him 3 times with no resistance. I then win every pot against him blind on blind so i was pretty happy with how i played as he was definiatly the key spot on the table for me. We then had another guy sit two seats to my left that i recognized from that 2 months 2 million program, can not remember which one he was. The table was still ok though in general, we will see what tomorrow holds.

Interesting thing about these $1k's is the start, back home with a long clock 30k stack and low blinds at the start of a competition i never feel any pressure often getting a bit to funky early on and finding myself on say 15k or 20k chips and think oh damn, i need a double up to get back in this. But with 3k it puts a lot of pressure on from the start, even starting at 25/25 its easy to put in a chunk of chips and be short early on which is really not ideal. I got lucky had a nice run of cards and spots to enable me to chip up early and never be under lots of pressure. But i felt myself concentrating a lot more in the early levels than i tend to do back home. I kept telling myself to play tight and not make mistakes as that could be it competition over. So although these comps are very crap shooty from the start i managed to get myself in a position where i was not under pressure all day which really helped. Obviously i could have been out in level 3 trying to accumulate chips but i was on the right side of variance yesterday and managed to avoid that.

We will see what today brings, hopefully just hopefully i can make it to that final table with a stack for tomorrow.

Assani fisher posts alot on 2+2, seems to play o8 even though I haven't really seen him. Decent nlhe mtt stats too

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/184/staking-selling-shares-live/assani-fisher-2014-wsop-package-1446777/

Allyn Jaffrey Shulman, won seniors event in 2012, got some good results, probably pretty snug.

Paul Sokoloff, some sort of live grinder http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=70873

Patrick Arena, http://pnimg.net/lrep/1854/81/b4424aae4a1.jpg fted plo event #3 but I'd be inclined to think a rec.

Nabil; http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=154735

Few hits on McKain, not sure which it is. http://www.bluff.com/players/brian-mckain/1641/ seems likely.  http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=28826 (has a pic)

Lue Huang: http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=148025

Looks pretty good but expected more unknowns.

Up to 87k

Flop top set with JJ after flatting out of the small blind pre. Board is Jh10h3x and big stack makes a big bet I check raised hopeing to play for stacks but there was a big cuffufle as another guy passed out of turn and he got angry and decided to pass. Sigh

55<87ss all in on a 236ssx flop. He has 10BB to start the hand so when he got there on the turn it was a little Frustrating to see but nice that people are flatting out of 10Bb still probs got like 80k+

played with Allyn Shulman last year in the plo8.

She started off tight, but definitely seemed to get looser later after sussing everyone out.

Much better player than you'd expect just looking at her

Lose some more,

KJ on the button I call a mid position open it comes J8228 and he bet every steet and jammed the river. I was close to calling he bet big on the turn and when I called I thought he may just shut down as he has done that a lot. When he jammed the river meh i was just not sure he was ever going to bluff all in for what was effectively his tournemnt life. But I could be wrong

Just jammed AKhh over an open by alleyn for 20BB, big stack like 130k goes into the tank alleyn has like 80k so I'm think shitttttt, he folds (JJ) she calls with AK and we chop
