The correct answer would have been "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour". Close but no cigar.

And "The Fifth" appealed at first, I always appreciate a bit of lateral thinking. However, there is no definitive fifth commandment as it depends on which version you recognise. And for that reason and because it partially restores my pedantic credentials, it's a FAIL.
