I'm playing for the AWOP team and we will be abusing the bar from 12pm onwards.

Undisputed drinking champions, never troubled the scorers at the pokers though!

The tournament structure of APAT National Amateur Championship main events will see players starting with 15,000 chips, on a 45 minute clock.

It starts at half 2 and is estimated to go 12 hours including breaks. From experience the breaks can overrun, this isnt DTD unfortunately.

Apparently there is a free buffet at some point as well.

Our team (Sutton poker)  are staying at Comfort Inn Manchester North

3.7 miles away, paid under 40 a room but not sure of price now


just a small matter of nipping to Bulgaria for the Liverpool game first

Should be there for 12.30.

Farmer. If you ring the hotel and ask nicely they will try and get you a Midday check in at no extra cost. Or you can leave your bags etc there and they will pop them in your room. A lot less aggro than checking in at 3am I think.
