The question that puzzles me more than ever is how on earth did NO win the referendum?

Snap, I was pondering the same thing.

I guess the YES votes were more spread between the other parties, whereas the NO votes probably sync very closely with SNP voters.

dont need 50% of the votes to win 100% of the votes in a first past the post election with 4 parties likely to gain votes

Nick Robinson has got it spot on.

The exit poll is wrong. LD have more seats, Tories less. SNP less seats Labour more. Hence the Gap is not so big.

Really can't see all of the previous polls being wrong.

For anyone interested in such things (and I'm really aiming this at Tighty) on Sky Arts right now they have live coverage of the Sky News gallery - live behind the scenes coverage of a live TV programme.

Let's not forget , even if the exit poll is correct the Tories have still not won a overall majority in a General election since 1992.  Hardly a ringing endorsement of them.

I don't care if it's a ringing endorsement or not as long as Ded Milliband and Ed Balls up don't get the keys,  that's fine by me.

I've just bet against the exit poll and thrown a dart at a Lab minority government at 10.5

Are "exit polls" not just a device to keep us watching until 2 am when some actual results are declared? Going to be an interesting night, I fear for Paddy's hat though :0

BBC1 coverage seems to be better than rest.
