 Venice is too good a place to have it ruined by a shit hotel. If ur staying long enough for it to be worthwhile, it's worth checking rates on some of the nicer places - some can do very good offers, and most are a short walk. The Rialto saved the day for me & Mrs Suited Not ruined, but some polite helpful staff would have gone a long way to making our stay more comfortable for very little effort on their behalf. Instead they are going to get a shit review on tripadvisor.... |

The village is Vernazza and the beach is Monterosso, both in Cinque Terre area. |
