22$ 50 seat sattys were perfect with 5k chips, upping chips to 10k just drags them out for longer. Satties at that level shouldnt take too long imo

Don't know if this has been raised before but can something be done about hand for hand in satellites where the number of seats plus a cash prize means that there are multiple tables.

For example I played a regular $22 15 seat seat guaranteed satellite the other day.  Final prizes were 1-16 $22 seat and 17 $3.  There was the usual tme banking with around 25 left with hand for hand kicking in with 18 left.  However, as soon as one player was lost it was back to normal and time banking again which somewaht defeats the object as the goal is to win one of the seats.  Surely it must be possible to keep hand for hand in these circumstances until the seat payouts are arrived at.

party downloaded an automatic update when i tried to open it today and now the update never stops. like it reaches the end of the 31.29MB update and restarts over again, endlessly. so i can't log on basically. have tried uninstalling and reinstalling same problem. im using a mac

Hi I sent this through and have discovered that there is a Mac issue with this update exactly as you describe

i was sent this (apologies in advance)

"How to enable logging for Poker Client app on local Mac machine:

1) Quit/terminate the the application by Cmd+Q, incase if its already
opened.

2) Right click on the poker client application, found in the
Applications folder, then select "Show Package Contents" option.

3) Open the *le PGLogCon*guration.plist by navigating to Contents
> Resources > PGLogCon*guration.plist

4) Change the value for PGLogLevel from 4 to 1, then save it.

5) Relaunch the application.

Where to see the logs:

1) Navigate to the logs folder by following the below steps.

a) Click on Finder app, then go to the menu item Go > Go to Folder
or Do shortcut, Cmd+Shift+G.
b) Enter "~/Library/Logs/" in the text *led, then click on Go.

2)There should be a folder name exactly same as the poker client
app name.

How to send the logs to us:
1) Just zip the folder with the name as the poker client app name
under "~/Library/Logs/" and mail it



try those steps, and if no good i will put you in touch directly with my contact rather than wasting time going through a middle man (me)

let me have your current email address if you need to be put in touch with the team

I now understand (after losing two $5.50 seats - although I'm not finished complaining about it yet) that apparently if you win a sat you are automatically put into another sat, but not straight away as I had logged off the computer in both cases and in fact gone to bed for the last one.

This means that i cannot realistically play any sat's as i can generally only play for shortish periods of time online (i.e. i have a job, family etc) can this not be changed. I can understand a timescale being put on the ticket say a month but being automatically enrolled (and i'm told if I unregister then I lose it anyway) is just wrong.

I think it is bit shit really, can't say i'm impressed by their customer support to be honest just say tough. I know on other sites you are warned before you buy in that it will feed directly into another one.

I would have regularly played sats moving forward but they have basically lost me, will have to look at other sites.

Is there anyone I can speak to about my account? Im struggling to get anywhere with live chat and customer service.

I had an issue with Bwin where I had played underage as a naive 17 year old. They waited until I went to cashout £1k then banned me we argued a while then they took the funds and closed account.

When i tried to log onto my party account that was also banned. I have recently tried to get it unlocked and they have done it with me sending valid photo ID but I am worried as soon as I win theyll close my account and invalidate it again.

I cant get a straight answer on this.
