I think Marky is doing Mullins' job for him. Annie Power should have run in the Champion last year (was the best horse on ratings) and this year ( clearly a lot better than the other mares until the fall.  It would be a real shame if she never gets her chance to show that she could have been Champion.

I suspect Marky is pretty much on the money.

I would love to see Vautour take on UDS in the Queen Mum. The speed and technique he showed in the JLT was superb, and he deserves to be recognised as a true great rather than "accomodated" to avoid UDS. What a race that would be.

I'd guess it will be Champagne Fever, unless Vautour doesn't stay in the KG

I'd guess it will be Champagne Fever, unless Vautour doesn't stay in the KG

Much as I think Vatour was the most impressive winner of the week, I can't imagine he'll stay 3m 2f if Coneygree is in the field streching them to their limit.

Especially as owner/trainer have Djakadam and trainer has Don Poli.

I'd love to see Vatour run in the Champion Chase myself.
