Most of my herbies are not mine tbh.  There is another mark wilson who plays a lot of midweek stuff at dtd at smaller stakes and the vast majority of the small cashes are his tbh which land on my herbie. All the £100+ buyins are mine i think. First time i have looked at it for ages tbh.  I never played dtd outside out of the major weekend/festival stuff as too far to travel.

As far as i am aware Keith i have never sat on a poker table with you.

I got a great story about that mtt.  With 6 of us left we discussed a deal when i was chip leader and the sponsors ladbrokes had added 5 $5k vegas packages to the prize pool for the top 5 finishers.  I wasn't interested in going to vegas on a ladbrokes package as i already had a bf one for that year if i wanted one.  I said to everyone who was mad keen to go ' if you all give me £600 in cash each then i will give up my $5k package (even though it wasn't even mine to own yet as i could have techinically busto'd in 6th although unlikely as chip leader).  Everyone snap agreed and i pocketed the full cash value for a package i didn't want and didn't even own!  Easiest the funniest deal i have ever done on a poker table.

It was 2009, so sometimes I managed to land on a table with a couple players worse than me Smiley

That was a Laddies sponsored tournament about the last time Ladbrokes ever did anything in England, and they even knocked Killarney on the head a couple years later.

I had only just gotten out of hospital a week or so before that comp after a relapse, and then had another one midway through it, so had to get my old man to drive down and pick me up on the Sunday.

There were 5 added Vegas packages worth $5k and 6 of us left. Mark didn't need a Vegas package, because he could obviously get one from Betfair, so I suggested everyone chuck him £600 a piece, and we all have a package each. He got Cash value for the package, and we just paid him out of the expenses that were added.

Don't know much which one is our hero, but my two love this lot.  They have watched that video countless times and are learning all the moves.  Hope they win

Go on then. Had a fiver at 200. What's the worst that can happen?

Oh yeah...I end up stuck watching the programme on a Sunday night...

What on earth are those judges wearing?

As a programme, it's absolute bottywash, isn't it?

"There are four acts that can win it". Apparently, Simon has been following the betfair market.
