Where is the gravy, where are the roast potatoes, where is the apple sauce? What the hell were you thinking? 4/10

Always had streamed scraped new potatoes with pork and "cracklin". Gravy was getting hammered by the vultures and apple sauce was a no go as id put grated apple in the stuffing.

A lovely bit of pork, ready to be the centre of our Sunday Lunch.

Massaged with oil and sprinkled with sea salt.

Start the roasting process hot to set it up for crispy crackling, let it roast a while on a lower heat before going back up to max ready to add the YP batter

Try it my way and see if you ever want individual Yorkeies again.

I'd choose individual and unburnt yorkshires.
Don't like cremated roast potatoes either.

After last weeks fishy fiasco, gone back to basics.

No meat was massaged in the making of this dinner.

Dungbeetles curried my interest, are they crunchy?

That looks good David 7.5/10.

Oh dear young man. You really are gonna have to toughen up if you're going to get along here.

A little joke about your dinner looking like hospital food and you get all nasty.

I was 28 stone at the time. My mates didn't go the ironic nickname route. Cool

Thank you Ralph.

The Dung beetles are roasted onion. Crisp skin on the outside, which Mrs 3103 likes, and sweet gooey centre.
