Doobs, looks way too healthy for a proper Sunday roast. I hope the spoon stands up in the gravy.

Given I was born in Yorkshire, I have a pretty good idea what you can serve Yorkshires with.  The answer is, of course, everything.  If I wanted to know what I can serve jellied eels with, I'd consult.

Yes, Sunday cabbage should either be sauteed in pan with butter and smoked bacon like curly kale or with bacon fat. Simple.

To be fair, we used to always have them on their own as a starter.  They were there, whatever we had for Sunday dinner, but fair to say we didn't eat much pasta or curry.

Doobs:

Making excuses in your initial post -1. Responding to Woodsey in that tone over fairly valid point -0.5. Going to add half a point back as the Yorkies do look good and you are staying true to your roots. +0.5.

Mugs on the table -0.5.

Chicken looks poorly and slightly underdone imo. -1.

Not all plates the same and chicken served on plate rather than nice oven dish. -1.

Gravy looks like it has the consistency of a cup of tea and the flavour of one. -1.

Carrots and potatoes look fine but should be separated, not mixed imo. -0.5.

That plate of greens. lol. -0.5

4.5/10.

Bit of Pork for teatime..
Is that the pork rind on the stuffing or a slug trying not to drown in the water.  Conclusion... Too much poker not enough real life experiences.
