Due to all the wounderfull comments and my high ratings regarding my grub yesterday.

Im doing sausage mash onion gravy later. I will be adding yorkies for the purists.

Before the picture goes up what are people looking for when ordering sausage and mash?

The sausages poking out of the Yorkshire pudding should be good for a bonus point or two imo.

I like to make a well in the middle of my mash for the sausages & lots of gravy. This requires losts of mash so the well is deep & wide

3 big fat sausages. The little thin ones are rubbish (sorry red)

This thread only needs one thing now, Red Dog to post his Sunday Roast.

Until then, lock it up

I don't recall offering my dinner up for consideration, or suggestion it would be any good.

I bet most film critics can't make films. My field of expertise is eating, not cooking.   Tongue

Sausage and mash.

Mash is lumpy, the sausages are underdone, there are too many onions, not enough gravy, no peas and the Yorkshires look like a before and after advert for Nivea .

Not a bad effort though.

Thought I'd give you horrible lot a tantalising look at my dinner today,  being as we had my favourite beef ribs.

Not a huge lot of effort was put into this meal tbh, I threw the meat in the oven at ten, had to go out till twelve and still managed to be sat down to eating it 1:30.
This shall be my excuse for frozen Yorkshires, but I still did six fresh veg, two roast and mash and some petit pois, also frozen but do they come any other way?
I accept no responsibility for damage caused by drooling onto keyboards.

But I have to be fair.

I'll be cutting my nose off to spite my face presently.

Feel free to comment with impunity, it's not like any of your future Sunday dinners depend on it or anything.....
