Why has it been left to David Cameron to make the case for ‘sound finances’?

https://blogs.spectator.co.uk/2017/07/left-former-prime-minister-make-case-sound-finances/

definitely wasn't selfish to call a referendum for personal gain or any of the other totally non selfish things the Tories do. The level of projection everywhere atm is mind boggling (maybe it always was and only now with technology we see it more?).

The changes in party support, by age, 2015 -2017, is simply staggering. The U.K is now a nation totally divided along age lines

Look at difference between voters who considered Lab and rejected it versus those who bought in: all about competence, not values

interesting that Labour made such gains in 30-49 year olds. Obviously the youth vote was unprecedented but it bodes well for Labour it wasn't all built on that contrary to what the media are portraying.
On the other hand despite some of the Tory policies it seems 50+ still backed them overwhelmingly and it didn't backfire as is being suggested by the media.

Thanks for this graphic

What should we do with the young selfish folk?
