Rees-Mogg would get my vote. The more i see and hear of him the more I like him. Very calm and measured in all of his responses.
I think the people of this country have had enough of rich toffs That's just prejudiced. I don't care if a multimillionaire or a pauper run the country as long as the CAN run the country. exactly but the potless lefties wouldn't like that. This is funny. It's the potless righties that have f***ed it up more than anyone else. Correction: It's not funny but it is true. How do poverty stricken people vote Conservative? Because they aspire to be better and are only in poverty because of short term circumstances. Ever since the banking crisis whoever was going to be in government would have a thankless task. The previous labour government are the ones who really fucked things up. I honestly dread to think what would have happened if Corbyn did win like he thinks he did. So we think the previous Labour government caused the banking crisis? We think they might have managed the recovery worse? Any evidence/numbers? The only evidence I have is my experience of parties in power during my working life over the last 40 years or so. Hand on heart my business/es have always done well under a Tory government including the Tory/Lib coalition and not so well under labour. Purely selfish reasons but it doesn't make it not true.

Something that has been happening in the commons this week is the repeated calls for a look into the contaminated blood scandal which killed 2,400 people infected in the 70s and 80s. My wife lost her father because of it when she was 12, it has affected her entire life and she finally got over it last year with counselling and completing the munificent 7 run raising £1.5k in the process. There is an emergency session to see whether May will grant a public enquiry into it and finally find out the lengths that people went to cover it all up and find who should be held responsible for essentially killing British men. There are rumours that they knew the blood was infected and gave it to people deliberately with the hope that they would somehow prove to be the cure for aids. http://m.derbytelegraph.co.uk/i-m-still-fighting-for-justice-over-tainted-blood-time-bomb-that-killed-my-haemophiliac-dad/story-30385149-detail/story.htmlAnd the follow up due in the paper tomorrow http://m.derbytelegraph.co.uk/derby-family-sue-government-over-contaminated-blood-scandal/story-30432100-detail/story.htmlTomorrow is a big day for the campaign and with the 6 other leaders all signing a letter demanding a public enquiry I don't see how May will be able to deny the request. Diana Johnson MP has done a good job of pushing the issue recently and is the person who deserves credit for it at least getting this far.
