McDonnell is right - Cam and Co better step up very quickly and start to reassure and lead - hard when you've run such a vitriolic and contemptuous campaign but it's kind of their duty

In the US, Fox are blaming Obama for commenting that Britain would get to the back of the queue for negotiations. Stuart Varney also put to Louise Mensch that Britain had, by this vote, backed Trump. She disagreed. Quite a channel, this.

Thanks for all the updates, folks.

Really didn't enjoy my walk through Budapest this morning. The Bulgarian girl (I was going to list all the positive things about Europe I saw on my walk back but fk it) I'm seeing was a little gobsmacked and I have no idea what this potentially means for me. Boris tells me I have no identification with Europe, and that is simply untrue. We have become brothers and sisters with so many of the countries in the EU. I always remember my friend's dad saying he was "English first, then British, then European" but honestly despite the irrational pride I have in our sporting teams and affinity for our country as a whole, I don't particularly feel English at all right now.

Isn't this a really bad point in time for us to leave the EU. Just staring at our budget deficit and wondering why on earth we would choose now to shake things up.

How expensive will it be to negotiate an exit from the EU as well as all the new trade agreements we need?
